Create a host + pilot account
Start with a Sortie account, verify your email, and choose the host + pilot account type so the host dashboard is available.
02. Build
Add your destination details
Enter the stay, location, pricing, minimum nights, photos, amenities, runway notes, aircraft guidance, and local arrival considerations.
03. Prepare
Finish host readiness
Review your listing, booking settings, blocked dates, and account details so the destination is ready before pilots can request it.
04. Review
Approve reservation requests
Pilots submit a request with payment authorized. You approve or deny the request, then Sortie captures or releases the authorization.

Reservations and payouts
Hosts stay in control before payment is captured.
When a pilot requests a reservation, their card is authorized first. You review the request in the host dashboard. If you approve, the authorization is captured and payout routing begins through your connected Stripe account. If you deny, the authorization is released.

You can review trip dates, guest count, destination details, and pilot communication before deciding.
Payouts follow approval
Once you approve a request, Sortie captures the authorized payment and routes host earnings through your connected Stripe Connect payout account.
